a. Prescription Medications
Because all medications we dispense are compounded specifically for each patient based on a valid prescription, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the medication has been dispensed and shipped. This policy ensures patient safety and complies with pharmacy regulations.

b. Cancellations Before Dispensing
Orders may be canceled with a full refund if compounding has not yet begun. Once compounding starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

c. Side Effects & Treatment Outcomes
Every patient may respond differently to medication. Refunds cannot be provided due to side effects, adverse reactions, or lack of desired results, as these are not pharmacy dispensing errors. If you experience unexpected or concerning side effects, please contact your healthcare provider or our pharmacy team for guidance.

d. Shipping Errors or Damaged Packages
If your medication is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong prescription in error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to promptly correct the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
